Document Scanning

You have the option of choosing whether you want black and white or color images. Resolution can be 200 dpi, 300 dpi or 400 dpi – again, your choice. Once the document is scanned, it can be processed for easy and efficient access. We use sophisticated processing software for:

- Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
- Indexing and Formatting
Your digitized documents are returned to you in just about any format you require. Formats include:
- CD/DVD
- FTP
- External hard drive
Or, if you choose, we can upload you documents to one of our secure web-based systems for secure access over the internet. View and print your documents anytime from anywhere in the world. Special applications are easily handled and can be integrated into your own in-house enterprise document management system.
