eDoc Abilities Partnership
USArchive & Imaging Services has had a long and positive relationship with the nonprofit eDoc Abilities consortium. Together we decided to grow the relationship forming the eDoc Abilities consortium made up of over nine national nonprofit organizations. This relationship combines the best of all of the organizations and furthers our individual missions. We came together by hiring and helping to teaching people with disabilities more technical and industry needed skills. What USArchive was good at was scanning services and eDoc Abilities was good at was training people with disabilitiies. The division eDocAbilities consortium was born.
iStorage Relationship
For large projects we deliver client data on the iStorage diskGenie or diskAshur or datAshur products. Its our preferred secure solution when moving sensitive data. The iStorage portable encrypted external USB drives include their own secure PIN code access on thje drive itself. They are the world’s most secure, compact and affordable USB2 portable hard drives, employing PIN code access with Military Grade 128-bit or 256-bit AES Hardware Encryption. The datAshur (up to 32 GB), diskGenie (up to 1 TB) and diskAshur (up to 3 TB) can only be accessed using a personalized 6-16 digit PIN code similar to using an ATM. All data stored on the drive is encrypted in Real-Time, making it as fast, and in many cases, faster than any non-encrypted USB2 hard drive. Should the diskGenie be lost or stolen, you user can rest assured that the data stored on the drive is safe and cannot be accessed by any unauthorized third party, even if the hard drive is removed from its enclosure.
USArchive is a listed member vendor on MRSC Rosters. MRSC Rosters is a shared statewide small public works and consultant roster service used by Washington local public agencies as an affordable and convenient alternative to maintaining their own rosters.
