To our current and future customers,
We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, associates and partners very seriously. Like you, we’re closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and doing everything possible to ensure everyone’s safety.
To help prevent the spread of the virus, we are practicing social distancing, while maintaining CDC disinfecting standards at any systems or equipment contact points. At this time, we are operating in essential operations, although in a reduced manner due to significant remote operations.
We understand that many of your office staff may be working remotely or are working with reduced staff. If you experience changes that impact a pickup or return of documents just let us know. If you have a file request, our standard request procedures are still in effect. You may still request a file digitally via our website, email or text. Note, over 90% of completed digitized documents are typically returned safely by FTP. If other transfer means are required, such as thumb drives or other external devices, they will be thoroughly sanitized prior to any transfer or delivery.
USArchive is committed to continuing service to our clients with as little interruption as possible. Should a delay in service occur, as always, we will communicate with you as quickly as possible.
We are all in this together. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our customers and communities as best as possible. Working and collaborating remotely can have its challenges. Contact us directly, or through our website if you would like to discuss digital or cloud based solutions.
